The instructions below are valid for online orders shipped outside Kuwait.
STEP 1: Package your item(s) and the packing slip that came with your order(s).
STEP 2: Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail your package to the address below. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be received and processed. We will email you a confirmation once your return has been processed.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns and cancellations.
Within 60 days of purchase, refunds will credit back to the original payment method. Merchandise returned after 60 days may be refunded in the form of a merchandise card. If you received your item as a gift, check "I am returning an gift" and provide YOUR shipping information. A gift return and purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of a merchandise card.
